How to Rent
Four steps from browsing to pickup.
STEP 1
Browse
Look through the Equipment gallery and build your list. Then send it our way — the "Rent Now" button is fastest, or email rentals@twelvespies.com. Include your pickup and drop-off dates.
STEP 2
Quote
We'll respond with a quote for your gear and dates. A quote isn't a reservation yet.
STEP 3
Paperwork
Three things lock in a booking:
- The New Customer Form, including ID and background check
- A valid COI matching the renter or production name — see Insurance for details
- A signed rental agreement (sent via DocuSign after the form and COI have been sent)
STEP 4
Pick Up
Once everything's signed, you're set. We aim for pickups after 2pm and drop-offs before 12pm, but let us know if you need something outside that window — usually workable depending on availability.
